I have been using the pick up service for about 3 weeks now and I am happy with it. The owner has been picking up and dropping off himself, and that gives me extra confidence that I will not have any problems. On top of that, he seems like a real nice guy and shows up in a pleasant mood! I have not been to the store.

For years I bounced around from laundromat to laundromat because I couldn't find a good one... that was until I found Mr. Happy's! The owner is completely involved in the daily business operations - which I think is the key to why this business runs so well. Most of the time I utilize the pickup and delivery service and I love it! Never once have I had an issue. From time to time I also go in and do my own laundry.. the place is always very clean, has friendly employees, and is always well stocked on supplies. I will never go to another laundromat!
